In this sport, the most important thing, for a nice stroke, is to hit
the ball in the "sweet-spot", the right center of the racquet.
Thanks to the strong blocking action of BETTER, now it's possible to check
the exact impact point and also to correct eventual "distant error".
It's very important to remember that a correct impact always must
came together a right movement, so for this reason the pupil
should learn firstly the correct tecnique from the coach
if he wants to train alone at home in a right way.

All we need is a little space, a wall where we can throw the ball and let's start "to study" !!!

Try the FOREHAND and the BACKHAND but..pay attention to the impact point !!!
